Now, over 170 events and 2000+ Tampa Bay members later, we're still growing and are now the second largest singles club in Florida. Each year, the Westchase Singles Club conducts a series of monthly Happy Hour Events, Holiday Parties, wonderful 5 and 7 day Singles Cruises, Speed Date events and 911 Dating Seminars, all to make being single a little more fun.

At the GRILL SMITH on Friday, April 29th, Angie Paniaqua arrived to have fun and meet other Westchase Singles Club members but she never expected what was about to happen. For over a year, WSC has been collecting business cards for a unique give away called the "Win a Grand" drawing. The "grand" could be cash or a product that costs at least a thousand. So.......the prize was chosen! It was a fifty-five (55) inch HD, LCD, Flat Screen TV.

WSC established that the winner must be present to win the TV. We felt that at the least, we possibly would have to pick out about twenty to twenty-five names before we found someone who was present, (There were nearly 2000 cards in the tumbler) but what a surprise we got. The first name chosen was GREGORY GEHRING No response! So, we settled in expecting a long list to follow but to our surprise, Angie Paniaqua, an RN, OCN at the Moffitt Cancer Center was the #2 card drawn and was standing right in front of us. She was so shocked that we thought she was going to pass out and we didn't get it on "film". She was shocked, we were shocked and everyone there (nearly 200) was very surprised. If you were not there, you could have been the winner of this 55" HD, LCD, TV. One of our members and a real Gentleman let us load the BIG box in his truck and he drove it over to Angie's home.
